Access the Black Book Feature

Access your black book on the POS app by configuring a deep link in CMS.

  1. Edit a layout, hamburger menu, or tab.
  2. Using the deep link picker, select Clienteling > Black Book.
  3. Set and save your changes.
  4. On the POS app, tap the Black Book deep link in the app. The black book screen is where you can see and manage your black books.The Preferred Client list in the POS app.
