Tax Feed Upload
Feed requirement depends on the Tax Engine being used. Feed is always required for offline.

Create a tax feed file by following the spec. See Tax Rates Feed & Setup. Look at threshold, cap, effective_date, end_date, tier_tax_special_rule, and tier_tax_grouping_rule feed fields in the article for tiered taxes. Run the tax feed file either manually in CMS or it should be scheduled to upload from an SFTP server. See Manage Feeds.
