# Configure Line-Level Tax Display on Point of Sale Receipts

Display itemized taxes and regional fees directly beneath individual products on receipts. Configure which tax codes appear as line items to keep receipts clean and relevant.

1. In the Point of Sale CMS, go to **Store Management** | **Store Settings** | **Tax**.
2. In **Eligible tax names for line-level receipt display**, enter the `taxName` values that should appear as line items, separated by commas.
    
    Use the `taxName` value, not `taxClass` or `taxCode`. Check your tlog output to confirm the correct value, for example:
    
    ```

    "perUnitTaxAmount": 6.75,

3. Save your changes.
4. Configure your receipt layouts to include the line-level tax tags.

Receipts display itemized taxes and fees beneath products when the product's `taxName` value matches a configured tax name.
