# Generate a PBL Report in Point of Sale CMS

The Pay by Link report shows details that can help with tracking transactions and reconciliation. These details include the gross sales of a store and the sales/percentage of the different payment links.

1. In CMS, go to **Store Management** | **Reporting and Analytics** | **Pay By Link Report**.
2. Configure the search filters.
3. Click **Generate Report**.

After you've generated your report, you can view additional information at the store level by clicking **VIEW** under PBL Transaction Details. On this screen, you can view the card type made with the transactions, card amount, order number, and so on. Note that the report excludes any pending orders:

- **Remote PBL Transactions**: These may be in a pending state, but they won't appear on the PBL report until the payment is completed and approved.
- **In-Store PBL Transactions**: These don't have a pending state. If a payment isn't made within a specific time frame (for example 24 hours), it'll be listed in the Failed Orders report.
