# Configure NRR Lowest Price Calculation

To populate lowest prices, a Point of Sale account (Merchant, Region, Locale) must set value types for tender types for returns without receipts.

- Modern POS App Build: 9.0.1 or above
- Platform Support: iPhone & iPad
- Offline Support: Yes

1. In CMS, go to **Store Management** | **Store Settings** | **Advanced**.
2. Under Tender types for returns without receipt, the value that is set must have at least one tender type to start collecting the historical prices (for example Cash). After this is set, for any subsequent feed runs, products collect the price history on a day-to-day basis. This also applies to file uploads via Manual Upload. It can take up to 90 minutes for the price history to reflect after a feed upload or direct change.
3. Under Lowest price period in days, set the number of history days to compare prices (for example 7). The default is five days.

A price of zero isn't considered the lowest price. While looking for the lowest price, if the system doesn't find a price greater than 0, then no NRR price is returned.
