Conduct validation tests to certify a legacy card reader for a supported vendor for the POS app.
Verify if the new model is from one of the existing supportec vendors (e.g., Adyen, Verifone, Elavon, Fiserv). Refer to the appropriate Configure and Manage Barcode Scanners article for setup instructions.
Please note that introducing a brand-new vendor requires a significant effort, including the development of a detailed project plan to ensure feature parity.
