# CMS User Management

Customize users in CMS to control access to reports, configurations, and other features within a company.

CMS offers a wide range of reports to view and configuration options that can dictate the POS app flow. Within a merchant company, various roles exist, each with distinct permissions—such as view-only or editing capabilities. Point of Sale lets you create these special roles and change their permissions. These permissions include those for layouts, reports, inventory management, and more.     As an Admin, you can add users and assign roles and permissions.
