# Store Creation Known Issues

Learn about issues to avoid when you create a store in Point of Sale CMS.

If a store is created in Point of Sale CMS, it can't be updated or overwritten with values from a store feed.

If you edit and update values of a store that originated from a store feed, the changes will be overwritten the next time your store feed is run.

If you delete a store that originated from a store feed, and that store exists in a feed that is processed after the deletion, that store will appear again.
