# Offline Feed File Configuration Testing Steps

Make sure of accurate product pricing in your Point of Sale (POS) app by following a series of validation steps.

These steps list how to validate the feature in your POS app.

## Detailed Validation

1. Load a Product file.
2. Download the offline files in your POS app and check the product prices while offline (by turning off the Wi-Fi) after 10 minutes.
3. Create a Delta Product file for a couple of products with different prices and load it after one hour.
4. Download the offline files in your app and check the product prices while offline after 10 minutes.
5. Load a Store Pricing file with different store-level prices for the product in different stores.
6. Wait for the offline job to complete.
7. Download offline files in your app and check the product prices while offline after 10 minutes.

## Lowest Price Validation

1. Load a product file.
2. Load a Store Pricing file with different store-level prices for the product in different stores.
3. Load another Store Pricing file with different store-level prices for the product in the same stores as previously. Vary some prices higher and some lower. Repeat this step three to four times with different values.
4. Wait for the offline job to complete (or load a Product Delta with the same products to manually trigger offline).
5. Download offline files in your app and check the product prices while offline after 10 minutes.
6. While still offline, the lowest price will be shown if scanning a product for [NRR (No Receipt Return).](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_pos_checkout_low_price_calculation.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Point of Sale calculates the lowest price based on these criteria: Store Historical Prices, Product Multi-Region Historical Prices, and Product Historical Prices. When the lowest price is found for a given number of days, that price is returned as the NRR lowest price.")
