# Reset Store Associate Password

Quickly reset a store associate's password in Point of Sale CMS so they can access the tools and information they need.

To reset a store assocaite's password:

1. In Point of Sale CMS, go to **Store Management > Associates > Associates**.
2. Locate the store associate and edit their profile by clicking on the pencil icon to the right.
3. Enter a new password, confirm it, and select **SAVE**.
