# Single-Use Promotion Code (SUPC) Report

Troubleshoot issues and view information on promotion codes, such as status, ID, and redemption status in Point of Sale.

## Accessing Report

The report can be accessed in Point of Sale by going to **Store Management > Reporting and Analytics > Promotion Code Lookup**.

## Managing Report

Users can manually enter promotion codes or upload them using a CSV file. For each promotion code entered, the report shows its code, status, name, ID, order ID, redemption date and time, and store ID.

There's a limit of 100 promotion codes per manual entry or CSV upload. Exceeding this limit can result in errors if retrieving report results.

This is a table of the available columns in the report:

                <li>"Valid" if expired or inactive</li>

Note Note: The lookup report returns the status of the single-use code irrespective of the status of the promotion. A code can be “valid” but not applied in the POS if the associate's promotion isn't active.
