# View Electronic Journal Report Builder

Generate order reports and analyze sales data by time. Generate reports such as store, store associates, and products sold to gain insights into your business performance.

These reports are available:

- **Store**: This will generate a report that includes the store ID, name, Gross Sales, order count, and AOV.
- **Store Associates**: This will generate a report that includes the associate ID, store name, associate ID, Gross Sales, and order count.
- **Products Sold**: This will generate a report that includes the product ID, product name, and units sold.
- **Top Performing Stores**: This will generate a report that includes five stores with the highest Gross Sales.
- **Under-Performing Stores**: This will generate a report that includes the five stores with the lowest gross sales.
- **Top Performing Associates**: This will generate a report that includes five associates with the highest Gross Sales.
- **Under-Performing Associates**: This will generate a report that includes five associates with the lowest Gross Sales.

## Using the Report Builder

1. Go to **Store Management > Reporting & Analytics > Report Builder**.
2. Select a **Report Type** from the dropdown.
3. Specify a time period and time zone.
4. (Optional) You can further filter the report by a specific store or location by checking **Filter by Store** or **Filter by Location**.

## Products Sold

Point of Sale added a new filter to the Products Sold report that enhances search result granularity. This type of report can, for example, generate a view of all cash tips received in a specific period. In the point of sale (POS) app, filter the report by SKU or style and display results for the current store or all stores.").

To generate a report of cash tips:

1. Go to **Store Management > Reporting & Analytics > Report Builder**.
2. Under **Report Type** select **Products Sold.**
3. Specify a time period and time zone.
4. Check **Filter by Store** and select a store.
5. Check **Filter by Product** and under where the attribute is, select **Product Class**.
6. Under **Product Class**, select **Cash Tip**.
7. Under **Group Report Type**, select **Product**.
