# Event Inventory Export Troubleshooting

Resolve issues by verifying complete file uploads and checking feed logs for errors.

If setting up a new Inventory Event Export Job in CMS, if the file is delivered in extension `.part`, this can indicate the file wasn't uploaded completely. This can also be due to a broken connection by the server resulting in a partial transfer. If this occurs, try a full file extension.

In case the file isn't uploaded to your destination, check **Feeds > Feed Logs** to make sure that ASN was received without any errors.

If no ASN issues, check **Inventory Export Events** under **Feeds > Export Logs**.

If there are no logs showing up in the CMS export logs (**Feeds > Export Logs**) for inventory events, switch `async.adjust.inventory.on.submit.order` in store settings as TRUE.
