# Download Inventory Reports

Retrieve reports in Point of Sale CMS about how many of a specific product you have in stock.

To download the report, select **Download** below the search filters. After the report is ready, you will receive an email that is used to log into CMS with a download link, which will expire after seven days.

The report can also be viewed and downloaded in CMS by navigating to **Reporting** and **Analytics > Downloaded Center**.
