Cancel a cycle count in Point of Sale CMS if you acidentally create one.
This action isn't reversible, so you'll be asked to confirm the cancellation.
Cancel in CMS
To cancel in CMS, select VIEW DETAILS as noted in the previous section. Select Cancel under Status.
Cancel in POS App
Go into a cycle count and select Cancel in the upper right. A canceled cycle count will still display variances in the Cycle Counts Report for the scanned items even after cancellation. However, the inventory count won't be affected.
