Order - Order transactions. 2. Return - Return transactions. 3. Exchange - Exchange transactions. 4. Gift - Gift purchases. 5. Invoice - Invoice transactions. 6. Gift SKU - Gift purchases with SKU. 7. Back of House - Transactions with alterations. 8. Credit card Declined - Declined credit card. 9. Zero transaction - None transactions, for example, auditor receipt. 10. Merchant Copy - Merchant-specific version of the receipt. For a comprehensive list of all available PS tags, see [Print Tags Comprehensive List](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_cms_layouts_receipts_tags_list.htm&language=en_US&type=5). ## Functions Functions dynamically show specific information based on predefined logic. For example, showcase the gift card balance for orders paid with a gift card. See [Customizing Receipts Using Functions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_cms_layouts_settings_receipt_functions.htm&language=en_US&type=5). ## Receipt Components Further customize your receipt layout. ## Logos and Images Add a logo or image to the receipt and optionally add rules that determine if this section prints. ![Important](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/images/icon_important.png) Important Select an image that is in PNG format. The logo must be in black with the remaining image fill as transparent. Non-transparent image fill is printed black because printers can’t print color. There are no limitations on size. If the image can’t be downloaded in time for receipt generation, the logo assigned via Receipt Configuration of the current mobile configuration is used. Optionally, display text based on certain conditions. ## Divider Add a divider to the receipt. This field creates a divider by repeating a single character. ## Barcode Add a barcode to the receipt. If your return policies allow multiple refund options for gift receipts, don’t associate a PS tag with the barcode component. For offline receipts, the barcode type is a QR code. ## Grid Add a grid of data or text to the receipt. The default maximum number of lines to be printed for a given row in a grid is 2. ## Product Row Add a product row to the receipt. This field is a repeatable grid that populates the receipt. For example, the sections Product Title, Quantity, ID, and Price are filled for every product that is listed on the receipt. ## Showing Fulfillment Types via Grouping You can group the fulfillment method for each item on the receipt. Omnichannel must be enabled. Product sale groupings are listed first followed by product returned or exchanged. To group products by sale, turn on Group by Fulfillment Type for each product row in the receipt template. ## VAT BreakDown Row Add the value-added-tax (VAT) breakdown to the receipt. This field behaves similarly to a grid. ## Summary Add the order summary section to the receipt. For example Tax, Total, Tip, and Cash. This field behaves similarly to a grid. ## Points Balance Add the points balance to the receipt. This field behaves similarly to a grid. ## Fiscal Add the fiscal portion to the receipt. This field behaves similarly to a grid. ## Payment Tenders Add the payment tenders to the receipt. This field behaves similarly to a grid.

Credit Card Header Text The text field shown if the receipt is from a credit card purchase.
Receipt Line Keys

Individually add receipt line values by tapping Add in the top right.

If no receipt line keys are added, the only filtering applied is: Ayden/Elavon: "txdate", "txtime", "totalAmount", "txtype"

Note Receipt line keys require adding the PS tag ":ps_cc_auth_details" to the "Payment Tenders" receipt component. Add a single row. The display name is on the left side of the receipt and the value is on the right side. Modern POS >= 8.2.1.
