# Known Issues and Restrictions with Email & Print Templates

Find details of imitations in the Point of Sale email and print templates.

Share Cart and Share Collection can only be used with a grid view (two-column product display). All other templates are recommended to use list view (one-column product display).

If changing product view style (for example from a grid view to a list view or vice versa) contact Salesforce Customer Support before making the changes. Point of Sale platform support is needed for these types of changes.
