# Set Up Product Feedback Quizzes

Capture customer feedback about a product using the POS app. By configuring CMS, you can gather valuable insights on products from customers within the app. This feedback loop empowers businesses to promptly address concerns, refine offerings, and improve customer satisfaction. Use the customer's voice to optimize product experiences and drive business growth.

## Create a Product Feedback Quiz

First, create a quiz.

1. In CMS, go to **Layouts** | **Personalization** | **Quizzes**.
2. Click the plus (+) icon.
3. Select **Quiz**.

4. Save your changes.
5. To customize the quiz answers, go to **Quiz Layouts** and select a question page.

6. Double-click into a cell and a modal will pop up allowing you to customize a selected and unselected answer.

    Note In addition to the dropdown list of fonts you can enter the font name manually. Out-of-the-box iOS supports many fonts. Go to [iosfonts.com](https://iosfonts.com) for the entire list.

## Enable Client Feedback Module

Enable the client feedback module in the app config:

1. In CMS, go to **Apps** | **All**.
2. Edit a selected app config.
3. Go to **Modules** | **Clienteling**.
4. Enable Show Product Feedback in Clienteling.

## Assign the Quiz Layout to PDP

Assign the Product Feedback Quiz to the PDP:

1. In CMS, go to **Apps** | **All**.
2. Edit a selected app config.
3. Go to **Advanced** | **Platforms** | **PDP Layouts**.
4. Click the Edit icon next to the PDP name.
5. Under Properties select the Product Feedback Quiz Layout from the dropdown.
