# Use Quiz Analytics and Insights

Quiz analytics and insights provide performance data in Point of Sale CMS. Access responses to quiz questions and text responses to gain valuable insights. Analyze results to understand user engagement and improve content.

Refer to [Exporting Quiz Data](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_export_quiz_data.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Schedule an export job in Point of Sale to extract quiz data that provides customer-relevant information. You can export data, such as customer IDs, question IDs, and updated quiz answer times. Use the exported data to analyze customer responses and improve engagement.") to schedule an export job of quiz data.

## Access Quiz Analytics:

1. In CMS, go to **Layouts** | **Personalization** | **Quizzes** | **.**
2. Hover over a quiz and click **Analytics**.

## Read Analytics

The analytics of each question allows you to see the different answer options, the percentage of respondents that chose each answer, and the number of responses for each option.

## Review Text Answers

For questions that allow the user to enter free-form text, you can download the responses by clicking on **Other Responses** which will save the file as a TSV.
