Adyen Payment Methods

Integrate supported Adyen payment methods integrate with Point of Sale (POS), allowing your customers to use a variety of payment options.

Currently only US-available payment methods have been listed here as the Salesforce Adyen test account is US-based.

Important
Important Some payment methods require further certification by Salesforce for these reasons:
  • Requires test account to certify: Certification for these methods will require a test account to complete the certification process. This is unique to gift card payment methods. This test account is required to link the Adyen payment method to the gift card provider's account.
  • Requires additional testing to certify: Certification for these methods will require additional testing from Salesforce engineering. This applies to some digital wallet or 'buy not pay later' services as sandbox test accounts will have to be created to test. If these methods are required, reach out to your Salesforce representative.
  • Requires SDK integration. Supporting this payment method requires additional work from PS engineering. If these methods are required, reach out to your Salesforce representative.
  • Ecommerce-specific payment method. This payment method is only supported for ecommerce platforms and doesn't have support for in store payments via the terminal.
