# Turn on Card BIN Capture for Adyen Payment Terminals

Capture richer payment data with extended Bank Identification Numbers (BIN) in reporting. Retain the first 6–8 (depending on the institution) digits of the card BIN in TLogs and transaction JSONs for payments done on Adyen portals. Turn on card BIN capture in your Adyen Customer Area.

- Modern POS app build: 11.6.1 or greater
- Platform Support: iPhone & iPad
- Offline Support: Yes

Turn on card BIN capture for Terminal API or for Pay-by-link.

- To turn on for Terminal API, go to **Developers****Additional Data****Card Section**, and then select **Card BIN**.
- To turn on for Pay-by-link, go to **Developers****Webhooks**. Select the matching webhook in the Adyen payment gateway configuration in CMS. Go to **Additional Settings****Card**, and then select **Include Card BIN**.
