# Fiscalization Requirements for Italy

Set up Epson FP90III RT model printer and configure Point of Sale CMS to gain fiscalization compliance in Italy.

## Prerequisites

- Modern POS App Build: 7.7.2 or later, 9.5.1 for multitender order refunds.
- Platform Support: iPhone & iPad.
- Offline Support: Yes (partially).

## Offline Behavior

FP90 III printers can function in situations where there's no internet connection but an intranet connection is available. In other words, the POS app can connect to the printer in offline mode. However, if there's a complete internet outage, the printer won't operate.

While operating in offline mode and connected to the printer, the POS app can perform these functions:

- Print regular sale receipts
- Print return/exchange receipts
- Print X and Z reports
