## Print Receipt Limitations in Offline Mode

## Other Limitations

- Exchange Transactions in Italy: Due to printer limitations, Exchange transactions are not supported in Italy.
- Multi-Tender Order Refunds: Multitender order refunds are only supported on app versions 9.5.1 or greater. For app versions below this, multitender order refunds can't be fiscalized due to printer limitations.
- Transaction Rollback: If a print receipt fails for any reason, the app doesn't cancel or roll back the transaction.
- Fiscal Printers and Connectivity: Fiscal printers can only be connected using an IP address and operate in a 1:1 print topology.
- Print Receipts Template: You can't change receipts with Fiscal Italy printers. You can change the receipts in Point of Sale CMS (**App Config > Modules > POS > Receipt Configuration**).
- Reprinted Receipts: Reprinted receipts are generated directly by the printer, and the POS app doesn't control the data printed on reprints. As a result, barcodes or QR codes aren't printed on reprints.
- X/Z Report on Reprinted Receipts: If X or Z reports are printed more than once, the subsequent order may include these reports on the reprinted receipts for those orders.
- SKU Gift Receipts: SKU gift receipts are not supported with fiscal printers.
- Logo Placement: The logo will be printed at the bottom of the fiscal receipt.
