# Set Up Salesforce Integrations

Integrate Salesforce products and services with Point of Sale so that you can connect your data and workflows. With Omnichannel Inventory (OCI) integration, you can enable buy online, pick up in store (BOPIS) functionality. Also, use the Point of Sale Connector to integrate Salesforce Commerce and Salesforce Service with Order Management System (OMS) and Content Management System (CMS) configurations.

- **[Set Up Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory (OCI) Integration](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_oci.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Point of Sale has native integration with Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory (OCI) to do live inventory checks for online orders. Learn how to configure POS and SFOMS to take advantage of this omnichannel capability.
- **[Configure BOPIS for SFOMS Integration](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_bopis.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) is an omnichannel fulfillment method where customers can shop online and go to the store or pickup location once the order is ready. This allows businesses to drive in-store traffic by connecting their offline and online experiences. This is a guide to enable and use Point of Sale's BOPIS feature.
- **[Point of Sale - SFCC (Salesforce Commerce) Integration](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_sfcc.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use the cartridge integration and OCAPI’s to expose Salesforce Commerce's endless aisle functionality. POS integrates with Salesforce Commerce (SFCC) via OCAPI’s interfaces. This approach lets SFCC build and manage the cart (tax, promos). Point of Sale is a Salesforce-certified commerce integrator and is certified for OCAPI 21 integration. There is also a cartridge with default hooks for customization for client needs.
- **[Salesforce Order Management System Integration Guide](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_oms.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Integrate the Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) connector with the Point of Sale platform.
- **[Set Up the Connected App for Salesforce Service Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_connect_app.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Provide Point of Sale access to a Salesforce Connected App using whichever Salesforce APIs can be invoked for Clienteling purposes.
- **[Set Up Point of Sale External Client App for Service](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_eca.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Create an External Client App (ECA) to provide Point of Sale access to Salesforce APIs for clienteling purposes. As of Spring '26, new merchants must use External Client Apps instead of Connected Apps.
- **[Migrate Point of Sale Connected Apps to the Client Credentials Flow](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_ccf_migrate.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Migrate your existing Point of Sale connected app from the OAuth username-password flow, which Salesforce is deprecating, to the client credentials flow. You need admin access to each Salesforce org where Point of Sale uses the flow.
- **[Set Up Point of Sale Connector for Salesforce Core CRM Connector](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_sfsc_connector.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use REST APIs to integrate POS with the Salesforce Core CRM Connector for clienteling purposes. Create a Salesforce Connected App in Salesforce for Point of Sale to access the requisite APIs. The primary objects of interaction are Accounts and Notes. POS provides capabilities like search, create, and update for customer accounts that are maintained in Salesforce Core CRM.
- **[Set Up Point of Sale External Client App for Salesforce Core CRM Connector](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_sf_int_sfsc_connector_eca.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use REST APIs to integrate POS with the Salesforce Core CRM Connector for clienteling purposes. As of Spring '26, new merchants must create an External Client App instead of a Connected App.
