# Manage Global Blue Tax-Free Forms in the POS app

Create tax-free forms for eligible customers during checkout by using Global Blue in the POS app. When a customer qualifies for tax-free shopping, complete the Global Blue form in the POS app and print the form on an A4 or thermal printer.

Global Blue is available on iPads and iPhones for app builds 11.7.1 and later. Global Blue isn’t supported in offline mode.

Note You must have an active Global Blue account. POS can’t create forms until you contract with Global Blue and complete the Global Blue setup. For help with submitting a support case to Global Blue, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Salesforce Account Executive (AE).

## Country Support

Point of Sale supports these countries for Global Bue integration:

- Austria
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Sweden
- Switzerland

## Known Issues & Restrictions

- For split returns with a new sale, the confirmation page doesn’t always refresh the tax-free form status after you void a form. To verify the status, open the original order in Order History.
- After you issue or void a tax-free form, order details can show the previous status until you reopen the order from Order History.
- The POS checks for duplicate tax-free forms only during the current session in the POS. The POS doesn’t detect forms issued earlier or on another device until it refreshes the order data. For example, when you reopen the order from Order History.
