Store Custom Fields

Stores have custom fields. By using these fields, the values that are entered can be printed on, for example, the receipts of a specified store (from the old receipt configuration) by using the tags assigned to them.

This can be configured in CMS by going to Store Management | Stores.

  1. Either create a store by clicking on CREATE in the upper right or edit an existing one by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the store.
  2. Under Other Attributes, enter the information manually or use a tag that you wish to display associated with the store.
  3. Click UPDATE.

Make sure that CustomString0 and CustomString1 are mapped correctly in your Stores Field Mappings. Refer to Map Data Feed Fields.

Known Issues & Restrictions

  • For columns that do not conform to the following feed spec names/values, we are able to apply field mappings and optionally field transformations so that product data gets indexed correctly.
  • There are several fields that are common with Google Maps store feed spec, see Create a bulk upload spreadsheet for Business Profiles.
  • In the initial file upload, the required Target Fields (denoted by an asterisk) must be mapped so they can be available as columns. However, they don’t need to have values and just need to line up with the schema.
