# View Feed Logs in Point of Sale CMS

Quickly identify the success of Point of Sale data feeds by using feed logs. When you review feed logs, you can begin troubleshooting issues. The feed logs page shows the runs for each feed and their status.

## View a List of Feed Logs

1. In CMS, go to **Feeds** | **Feed Logs**.
2. From **Feed Type**, select the type of feed files you want to see.
3. (Optional) Select the number of logs that you want to see per page with the dropdown in the upper right of the page.
4. (Optional) Click the blue download icon next to the feed file that you want to download. ![A screenshot shows a list of data feed logs.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_adv_config_data_feeds_manage_logs_log_list.png)

Note Point of Sale retains logs for a maximum of 10 days, giving you access to logs within that time frame. However, you can download a feed only within seven days of processing, because Point of Sale archives processed feeds for seven days.

## View Feed Errors

COMPLETED under the Status column indicates that a feed ran successfully. A red icon marks failed feeds.

To view feed errors:

1. Click the red icon to view the feed errors.
2. The window shows information about the error including a stack trace. For product full feed uploads, the window lists the row number, record ID, affected column, and invalid value for each error.![A screenshot shows an example of a data feed error log.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_adv_config_data_feeds_manage_product_logs_errors.png)

## Diagnose Logs with No Error Details

If there are no error details, verify that you stripped the currency code from prices (see [Transformations & Regular Expressions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_adv_config_data_feeds_maps_regx.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Point of Sale data mapping uses transformations and regular expressions so you can get values in the correct formats. Use transformations such as applying arithmetic operations, formatting text, and converting date and time values. Regular expressions use patterns to find and replace strings to refine your data mapping.")).
