# Feeds Deployment Best Practices & Strategy

Use Point of Sale to ingest data onto the POS Cloud platform with multiple options. Optimize data setup based on different customer scenarios. This ensures a smooth data flow, enabling retailers to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions. With efficient data ingestion, retailers can enhance their operations and improve the customer experience.

Important: All feed files should be saved in a UTF-8 (not to be confused with UTF-8 with BOM) format else you receive an error during upload.

## Point of Sale Solutions

**Multi-Country - Local Language Content**

## FTP Providers

Point of Sale feeds can work with any service that provides an FTP connection. These are some of the FTP service providers who are currently deployed with POS: Exavault, FileZilla, Goanywhere MFT.
