# Maintain PCI Compliance with Synchrony

Add a form to your Point of Sale app for customers that opt to use Synchrony as a payment method. After a store associate submits the form, the app retrieves a secure, PCI-compliant token that substitutes for a credit card number. The token enables the checkout to remain compliant without collecting the customer's full card information.

- **Remaining Balance** –This read-only field displays the remaining balance of the customer’s order.
- **Amount** – The amount that the customer finances and applies to the order balance.
- **Payment Type Code** – A code that represents the financing option the customer chooses, such as 112 for a 6-month interest-deferred plan.
- **First Name** – Customer’s first name.
- **Last Name** – Customer’s last name.
- **Postal ZIP Code** – Customer’s postal ZIP code.
- **Social Security Number (SSN)** – The last four digits of the customer’s SSN.
- **ID Validation Checkbox** – To confirm that a store associate has checked the customer’s identity by looking at a government-issued ID.

The form must include these fields for financing details, customer information, and customer identity verification.

This feature works only on an iPhone or iPad and requires:

- **Modern POS App Build** 10.10.1 or later

You can’t use the finance tender form offline.
