Important This article applies to Hyperforce. If you don't see **Integrations** | **Email Integration** in your CMS, you're on the legacy platform. Follow [Ghost Email](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_pos_clienteling_ghost_email.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Share collections and cart via email from any email ID of your choice in the Point of Sale (POS) app.") instead.

Before you can send emails, Point of Sale requires that you verify that you’re authorized to use an email address, domain, or both. You're required to complete this verification process for each region where your stores operate.

Point of Sale uses Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), a cloud-based email sending service, to verify your email address and domain identities. You can manage identities in the CMS, view all verification statuses, and take action if needed.

Depending on your store operations, you can verify a domain, an email address, or both. For example, if you use only one email address to send communications, you can verify just one email address, such as `support@yourbrand.com`. To send email from multiple email addresses, verify a domain, such as `yourbrand.com`. However, you can have only one domain identity and one email address for each region.
