The new OCAPI Data API `/metrics/{apitype}?offset={Integer}&limit={Integer}` provides insight into runtimes of individual OCAPI requests against the Shop or the Data API. The metrics resource responses are JSON-wrapped metrics in Prometheus Exposition format.
