Manage Cross Cloud Parings with New Utilities Features

New Cross Cloud utilities features help you manage B2C Commerce cross-cloud instance pairings and review trusted tenants.

Why: Use the new Cross Cloud disconnect feature to clear tenant group information from the B2C Commerce database. After tenant group information is cleared, you can pair your B2C Commerce instance with another Salesforce tenant and include the tenant group owned by that Salesforce org.

Use the New Peer to Peer tab in Business Manager Cross Cloud Trust to review the tenants and applications that your B2C Commerce instance is configured to trust.

How: To use the Disconnect button, select Business Manager Administration | Global Performance | Cross Cloud Trust and select the Tenant Group Tab.

Note The Disconnect button is only displayed if B2C Commerce is configured with a tenant group.
