  • Enjoy the Lightning Design User Experience in Business Manager
We added Lightning Design System to the most commonly used Business Manager features and app navigation. This update gives Business Manager the same user experience that you’ve come to expect from other Salesforce products.
  • Boost Security with Content Security Policy Reporting
To improve monitoring capabilities, we’re adding the capability to monitor JavaScript dependencies on ecommerce websites.
  • Assign SKUs to Page Templates
In Page Designer, you can now assign products SKUs to a PDP template, making it easier to create PDPs for one or many handpicked products. You can assign multiple product SKUs across categories to the template. For added efficiency, enter multiple SKUs (comma delimited) into the search field to return multiple results, and then complete a multi-selection in one step.
  • Recursive Infinite Copies No Longer Supported
You can no longer use the WevDAV copy command to generate a recursive infinite copy in a B2C Commerce instance. When you use the command to copy a file’s content into itself, the destination is excluded because it exists. Excluding the copy prevents a recursive infinite copy that fills the file system.
  • Use Custom Caches to Return Immutable Objects on Production Instances
Custom caches are designed to return immutable copies of the original objects stored in the cache. Previously, edge cases existed where objects and arrays in custom caches could be modified. This issue has been fixed.
  • Promotion Bonus Product Limits
Promotion bonus products are limited to a total of 50 product SKUs. Previously, you could set promotion bonus products to more than 50 SKUs.
  • Get Complete the Set Recommender Types for Products Without Shopper Interactions
Einstein Product Recommendation now generates Complete the Set recommender types for products that have no or minimal shopper interactions. Einstein Complete the Set finds the closest matching product with an assigned set and assigns the set to the product. After the product has sufficient product-to-product interactions, it’s assigned to its own natural set. Previously, new products and products with minimal shopper interactions were excluded from Complete the Set recommendations.
  • Use More Product Verticals in Einstein Complete the Set
Einstein Complete the Set now includes the health, party supplies, and office supplies product verticals. The expanded list also includes beauty, cosmetics, home furnishing, sporting goods, and gym equipment.
  • Export Controls Notice
In compliance with export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations where Salesforce operates, service to and from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, or Donetsk is restricted without prior government authorization. As a result, customers, merchants, and shoppers from restricted locations are unable to access Salesforce-supported sites.
