The B2C Commerce Release Notes continue to provide information about new features and major feature enhancements.

- **[Render a JSON View of a Page Designer Page](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_pd_json_view_b2c_21_4_w8906864_la.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can expose the data assembled by a Page Designer page and its components in JSON format. A JSON version of a page is easier to expose to external services for native mobile apps or custom heads.
- **[Check the Syntax of Your Steptypes JSON File](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_stetypes_schema_b2c_21_4_w8901002_la.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The `steptypes.json` file describes custom job steps. You can now access a `steptypes.schema` file to make sure that your `steptypes.json` file is using correct syntax.
- **[API Class dw.util.Bytes Extended to Improve Interaction with ECMAScript 6](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_typed_arrays_b2c_21_4_w8920087_la.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The `dw.util.Bytes` class is now more compatible with the JavaScript typed array features introduced with compatibility mode 21.2.
- **[Cookie Names with Invalid Characters in Custom Code Cause Errors](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_cookie_names_b2c_21_4_w9042535_la.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Our servlet container is now upgraded to implement Java Servlet specification 4.0, which has stricter rules for cookie names. Any use of invalid characters in a cookie name, as described in RFC6265, which references RFC2068, now causes an exception.
