Why: The Salesforce Known Issues site is the place for information about customer-reported issues across Salesforce products. On this site you can view the status of an issue and subscribe to notifications.

- **[Preview Einstein Complete the Set Output by Product ID](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_ein_cnf_cts_prod_id_b2c_21_1_w8461995_mjb.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The Einstein Complete the Set recommender now provides a Preview tab for viewing Complete the Set Output by product ID.
- **[Enable or Disable All Einstein Complete the Set Categories at Once](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_ein_cnf_en_dis_all_b2c_21_1_w8462110_mjb.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can now enable or disable all Einstein Complete the Set categories at the same time.
- **[Improved Order History Retrieval](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_improved_order_history_retrieval_b2c_21_1_w8127717_as.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use the new `dw.customer.OrderHistory#getOrders()` methods in your storefront to retrieve the order history for the shopper currently in session. If existing code uses `dw.order.OrderMgr` methods to retrieve a shopper’s order history, refactor it to use the new methods. For usage details, see the Script API documentation in the Infocenter.
- **[Shipping Method Restrictions Validated by Shipment](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_shipping_method_validation_b2c_21_1_w8366858_as.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
When an order includes multiple shipments, a non-default shipment can now use a shipping method that isn't allowed for a product in the default shipment. The reason is that the basket process now validates a shipment’s shipping method only against the products in that shipment. Previously, it validated each shipping method against the products in the default shipment. If a product in the default shipment was excluded from a shipping method, then attempting to use that method in any shipment caused an Invalid Shipping Method error.
- **[Access Stripe with Commerce Cloud Payments (Generally Available)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_commerce_cloud_payments_b2c_21_1_w8537346_bl.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Commerce Cloud Payments, also referred to as Commerce Payments, lets brands launch commerce sites with an out-of-the-box payments solution powered by Stripe, a preferred provider. With Commerce Payments, brands can get to market faster and boost conversion rates with checkout experiences that support credit cards, express checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and noncard payment methods such as SEPA, iDEAL, and Bancontact, all with integrated fraud protection. You can integrate Commerce Payments, now generally available, with B2C Commerce to begin processing payments quickly through Stripe.
- **[New File Retention Rules Enabled for POD Sandbox and Primary Instances](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_retention_rules_b2c_21_1_w8553233_la.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
As previously announced, updated file retention rules are applied to files in the /Logs, /Securitylogs, /Impex, and /Temp folders. Previously, different folders, instances, and environments used different file retention periods or no retention period at all. With the 21.1 release, the new retention logic is enabled for POD Sandbox and primary instances. Download and save files you want to retain for longer than the new retention period.
- **[Pricing and Promotions Work Properly with Fractional Quantities](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_pricing_promo_fractional_quantities_b2c_21_1_w8487263_lb_.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Prices and promotions qualify and apply fractional quantities of an item added to the cart. For example, adding 0.5 kg of a product to a cart, or 0.75 lbs.
- **[SOAP Web Services List Types](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_soap_web_services_addition_b2c_21_1_w8235287_pd.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
If you use the Web references package to call SOAP-based web services, we recommend that you migrate to the Webreferences2 package. To help make this migration easier, a new property enables the Web references2 package to generate list types as arrays instead of as lists. Arrays are the default list type for the Web references package. Lists are the default list type for the Webreferences2 package.
- **[Business Manager UI in Traditional Chinese for Taiwan](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rn_chinese_for_taiwan_b2c_21_1_je.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The Business Manager user interface is now available in Traditional Chinese for Taiwan. To choose this new language, select the respective value in the dropdown in your user profile settings.
