# Enforce `Login_On_Behalf` Permission

The `Login_On_Behalf` permission is now required for agents to access a storefront on behalf of another user. Previously, agents had access without that permission.

Why: This permission allows an application, such as a call center, to access storefront data, but restricts access to specific sites. For example, a call center agent with the `Login_On_Behalf` permission can log in to site ABC on behalf of any customer.

How: To set the `Login_on_Behalf` functional permission, select **Business Manager** | **Administration** | **Organization** | **Roles & Permissions**.
