Monitor Suspicious Access to Sensitive Shopper Data

Security logs now capture the source IP address that accesses sensitive shopper data in Business Manager. Use these enhanced logs to investigate suspicious activity and validate authorized access to sensitive customer and order details.

Where: This change applies to B2C Commerce.

How: To activate enhanced Personally Identifiable Information (PII) logging, in Business Manager, click App Launcher, and then select Administration | Global Preferences | Feature Switches. Turn on Enables Security Log on User Access to Customer PII Business Manager Screens.
