# Webstores for Order on Behalf Of (Optional, B2C OOBO Only)

To create orders that aren’t already being pulled in from a storefront through integration, create a webstore. If you’re using B2B Commerce or D2C Commerce, your webstores are already configured.

### Required Editions

Previous step: [Configure a Delivery Method for Order on Behalf Of](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.om_delivery_methods_oobo.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "To ensure that orders are consistently mapped from B2C Commerce, configure the delivery methods in your org that correspond to the shipping methods in your storefront.")

See all steps in [Order on Behalf Of Setup](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.om_order_on_behalf_of_setup_oobo.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "After you’ve installed and configured either an Order Management or B2B Commerce org or B2C Commerce instance, there are some Order on Behalf Of (OOBO) specific steps to take. Many of these tasks are the same whether you’re using Order Entry or OOBO. However, there are a few steps that are specific to the individual products. Complete the steps for your product and organization.").

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;"><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.om_editions.htm&amp;language=en_US" target="_blank">View supported editions</a>.</td></tr></tbody></table>

To create a webstore, you need the Order Management Operations Manager permission set. If your store supports multiple currencies, create a webstore record for each possible combination of currency and locale that can appear in your order data. You can’t create a webstore record with the required values in the Lightning UI, so use a tool that can execute anonymous apex code, such the Developer Console.

Define these properties.

Watch the video to see how you can configure WebStore records.

If you can’t watch the video in full screen, open the video on a new tab: [Configure WebStore records](https://play.vidyard.com/e9igYdoRnn1SL1LuSribbR?).

Next step: [Activate the Order on Behalf Of Flow Template](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.om_activate_oobo_flow.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "The Order on Behalf Of flow lets a customer service representative use OOBO or Order Entry to create an order on behalf of a customer. To use the flow, copy and activate the flow template, and then customize the flow as needed.")

Example This Apex example creates a webstore record.

```
    WebStore createWebStore( String name, String instanceId, String siteId )
        { WebStore store = new WebStore(
            Name = name,
            // Either NET or GROSS
            DefaultTaxLocaleType = 'NET',
            // Format expected is instanceId@siteId; example abc_123@SiteGenesis // If multicurrency is enabled then uncomment these lines:
            //CurrencyIsoCode = 'USD',
            //DefaultLanguage = 'en_US',
            //SupportedCurrencies = 'USD',
            //SupportedLanguages 'en_US',
            ExternalReference = instanceId + '@' + siteId,
            Type = 'B2CE');
        return store;
    }
    WebStore webStoreRecord = createWebStore('Apex1 WebStore', 'abc_123', 'SiteGenesis'); insert webStoreRecord;
```

Example This multicurrency example has one site that supports US orders in US dollars. Another site supports UK orders in pounds or euros and also supports orders from France in euros. Create four webstore records with these values. Salesforce Order Entry Implementation Configure Order on Behalf Of Flow.

| Name | External Reference | Currency IsoCode | Default Language | DefaultTax LocaleType | Supported Currencies | Supported Languages | Type |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| SiteGenesis USD | abc\_123@SiteGenesis | USD | en\_US | NET | USD | en\_US | B2C |
| SiteGenesis Global GBP en | abc\_123@ SiteGenesis | GlobalGBP | en\_GB | GROSS | GBP | en\_GB | B2C |
| SiteGenesis Global EUR fr | abc\_123@ SiteGenesis | GlobalEUR | fr\_FR | GROSS | EUR | fr\_FR | B2C |
