You can view fulfillment details and statuses on the Fulfillment Order page.
Required Editions
- From the Navigation bar, open the Fulfillment Orders list view page.
- To show only fulfillment orders in a specific status or orders being fulfilled from a specific location, use the filter tool on the list view page.

Select the fulfillment order number, and open the corresponding fulfillment order
record.
You can also open a fulfillment order directly from the associated order summary. An order summary can be associated with more than one fulfillment order.
- View the information on the Fulfillment Order page.
- To see shipping details and information about the order products, open the Related tab.
- To see related order information, open the order summary from the link on the Details tab.
