Before starting the return insights setup, enable the appropriate permissions for users and admin.
Required Editions
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Permission Sets.
- Select the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set.
- In the Apps section, select Object Settings.
- Select Order Summaries.
- Click Edit.
- Enable Read and View All Records permissions for the object and Read Access for every field.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 4 through 7 for the objects Order Delivery Methods, Orders, and Products.
