The steps required to resolve a process exception vary depending on the cause and severity of the exception. Generally, following the same basic sequence of steps resolves most process exceptions.

1. Review the Process Exception record.
2. Identify the cause of the process exception.
3. Fix the issue that caused the process exception.
4. Set the status of the Process Exception record to Resolved.
5. Restart order processing for the order summary.

    - Set the status of the Order Summary to Created and then back to Approved, or
    - Set the status of the Fulfillment Order to New, or
    - Relaunch the Fulfillment Flow using Flow Builder
