# Set Up Bulk Actions in a Service Flow

You can use all Order Management service flows out of the box, and you can also customize a flow and expand its functionality. Bulk actions let your customer service representatives perform the same action on multiple selected products, up to 100.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;"><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.om_editions.htm&amp;language=en_US" target="_blank">View supported editions</a>.</td></tr></tbody></table>

By default, bulk actions are enabled if the flow was copied after the Winter ’25 release. If you copied the flow before the Winter ’25 release, [copy the flow template again](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.om_flow_copy.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Before you can activate or customize a flow, you need to clone the flow. Cloning creates an editable version that you can modify or activate out-of-the-box on your store. If you set up your store using the Commerce Setup Assistant, your flows are already cloned.").

You can enable bulk actions in these flows: cancel, discount, return, and RMA.

Bulk actions are useful for stores that service large orders primarily using the same action. For example, a store placed an order from a manufacturer for a dozen different styles of shirts in the wrong size, and they want to cancel the order. With a bulk action, a representative can select the products and choose “Wrong Size” as the reason for cancellation in just a few clicks.

1. Click ![Setup](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-om_order_management-264-0-0-production-enus/4c4844e3-a194-4a65-95b7-17291a6dbefa/om_order_management/images/om_setup_icon_no_border.png) at the top of the page, and then select **Setup**.
2. In the Quick Find box, enter flows, and select **Flows**.
3. Select the flow that you’re customizing.
4. In the flow, open the Manager tab.
5. Find and select **bulkActionEnabled**.
6. To enable bulk actions, set the default value to true. To disable bulk actions, set it to false.
7. Set the setBulkActionDisplay value to the number of products that must be in an order for bulk actions to be available.
8. Click **Save**.
9. If you’re ready to activate the flow, click **Activate**.
