# Contact Fields

The Contact object is used with the Account object to represent an individual shopper. When not using person accounts, a contact and standard account together represent an individual shopper. When using person accounts, contacts aren’t used for individual shoppers. A business account buyer or shopper always has a contact and a standard account.

This table lists the fields on the Contact object.

 
| Field Label | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Account Name | The name of the account the contact is assigned to. |
| Assistant | The name of the contact’s assistant. |
| Asst. Phone | The phone number of the contact’s assistant. |
| Birthdate | The birth date of the contact. |
| Contact Owner | The owner of the account the contact is assigned to. |
| Description | The description of the contact. |
| Do Not Call | Indicates that the contact doesn’t want to receive calls. |
| Email | The email address for the contact. |
| Email Opt Out | Indicates whether the contact has opted out of email (true) or not (false). |
| Fax | The fax number for the contact. |
| Fax Opt Out | Indicates whether the contact has opted out of receiving faxes (true) or not (false). |
| Home Phone | The home phone number for the contact. |
| Individual | The ID of the data privacy record associated with the contact. |
| Lead Source | The lead source for the contact. |
| Mailing Address | The mailing address for the contact. |
| Mobile | The mobile phone number for the contact. |
| Name | The name of the contact. |
| Other Address | The alternate address for the contact. |
| Other Phone | The alternate phone number for the contact. |
| Phone | The phone number for the contact. |
| Reports To | The name of the contact’s supervisor or manager. |
| Title | The title of the contact, such as CEO or Vice President. |
