# Update Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory from the Previous Version

To update an existing Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory implementation, follow these instructions along with the setup steps.

## Update Process

1. Familiarize yourself with Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory’s new and changed features by reviewing the release notes.
2. Deactivate your existing standard flows. Make note of any customizations you made to them so you can recreate the customizations in the new versions.
3. Clone and activate the new standard flows, as described in the {insert link?} standard flows setup steps. Recreate your flow customizations.
4. Create an Actions & Recommendations deployment for any new service agent flows, and update it on the appropriate FlexiPage.
5. If you enable Salesforce state and country picklists, then the state and country code values in your inventory data must match state and country codes in your Salesforce picklists.
