Configure Provider Settings for Omnichannel Inventory

Before integrating inventory with your store, configure inventory provider settings.

1. On your store’s home page, click the Administration tile.
2. In the navigation menu, select Inventory.
3. Enter the general provider settings (location source, reservation duration, inventory dimension, cache time).
4. Configure Salesforce Omnichannel Inventory or create an extension point to connect your custom inventory provider.
