# Deploy PWA Kit Storefronts with the Managed Runtime

The Managed Runtime deploys and operates PWA Kit storefronts so that front-end teams don't have to worry about the operational cost and complexity of running mission-critical, highly scalable infrastructure. Set up single sign-on for authentication and authorization. Manage project users and permissions, auto-scale environments to handle traffic spikes, and protect against denial-of-service attacks.

**Where:** Available to all Salesforce B2C Commerce customers.

**When:** November 2022

**Why:** Features of Managed Runtime 22.11 include:

**Log Tailing via the Command Line**

Developers can now view logs for a given environment in real time. Now you can more quickly investigate issues that only appear during server-side rendering when your application is deployed to Managed Runtime.

Log Tailing is available via the [pwa-kit-dev](https://www.npmjs.com/package/pwa-kit-dev) module, starting with version 2.4.0 of PWA Kit, either as part of a PWA Kit project or as a standalone command.

Get started by viewing the log tailing help: `npx pwa-kit-dev tail-logs --help`

See the [developer docs](https://b2c-commerce.herokuapp.com/docs/commerce/pwa-kit-managed-runtime/guide/debugging.html#tail-logs-on-managed-runtime) for more information on using the log tailing commands.

**Trust Status Updates**

Managed Runtime is now included in the [B2C Commerce Status](https://status.salesforce.com/products/B2C_Commerce_Cloud) site, where you can see any active or historical incident for the admin or storefront regions of Managed Runtime. Upcoming maintenance windows for Managed Runtime are now communicated via the B2C Commerce Status site.

**Client-Side Redirect Access**

Any redirects configured for an environment within Managed Runtime can now be accessed as a JSON representation via the `/mobify/redirects//FROM_URL` path of any environment. The JSON representation of the redirect will allow the parsing of redirects for a given `FROM_URL` so that client-side logic can execute redirects based on the same rules that drive server-side redirects.

**Increased Deployment Bundle Size**

The maximum allowed size of deployment bundles is increased from 150 MB to 400 MB, enabling projects with larger assets to be successfully deployed. For more details on deployment bundle limits, see the [developer docs](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/commerce/pwa-kit-managed-runtime/guide/pushing-and-deploying-bundles.html).

**Node 12 Deprecation**

Deployment bundles that are using Node 12 can no longer be deployed because Node 12 no longer receives security updates. To continue deploying your project, you must migrate it to Node 14.17 or later.

Uploading bundles are now aware of Node deprecations and will:

- Prevent uploading of bundles using a deprecated version of Node.
- Warn when uploading bundles using a version of Node with an upcoming deprecation date.
