# Remove a Location from a Location Group

Use the Omnichannel Inventory Console to remove a location from a group when you no longer want to include it in the group’s aggregate inventory availability counts.

### Required Editions

1. From the Navigation bar, open the Location Groups list view page.
2. Select the location group name from the list to open the location group.
3. On the Related tab, click ![Down arrow](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-inv_omnichannel_inventory-264-0-0-production-enus/43699e0f-a394-4b55-a1eb-072df389499a/inv_omnichannel_inventory/images/inv_arrow.png) on the row that contains the location you want to remove from the location group.
4. Select **Delete**.
5. Click **Delete**.
6. Commit your changes.

Important Don’t upload inventory availability data while committed changes are pending. Before uploading availability data, verify that no location group changes are in progress by checking the async operation logs.
