# Customize the Split Shipping Page in a B2B Commerce Store

After you enable shipping to multiple addresses, use Experience Builder to customize how you collect split shipment details from your customers on the Split Shipment page of a B2B store. You can customize split shipping only if your store uses custom checkout. You can’t use split shipping with managed checkout or with digital or subscription products.

### Required Editions

Before customizing split shipping, enable it for your store. See [Enable Shipping to Multiple Addresses for Custom Checkout](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_enable_split_shipping_for_commerce_stores.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Let customers ship items in one order to multiple addresses in a B2B store or a Pay Now site. At checkout, customers can split a single cart into multiple shipments. You can’t use split shipping with managed checkout or with digital or subscription products.").

Split shipping doesn’t work with legacy checkout components. If you haven’t updated your Checkout page with the latest components, see [Set Up the Checkout Page](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_edit_checkout_sections_for_a_b2c_store.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Use a preset layout and customize its components, or design a layout using sections and components to guide customers through the checkout process in a B2B store. You can customize checkout only if your store uses custom checkout. If your store uses managed checkout, you can’t customize the Checkout page.").

1. In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
2. Select **Website Design**, and then click **Experience Builder**.
3. In Experience Builder, go to the Checkout page to customize the split shipping button.

The button opens the Split Shipment page where customers can split the cart items and enter the delivery addresses. To change the button name, edit the Shipping Address component. If you don’t see the Ship to Multiple Addresses button in the Shipping Address component, refresh the page. If you still don’t see it, remove the Shipping Address component and then add it back to your page.

For guest users, the Ship to Multiple Addresses button appears after the user enters an address. For registered users, the button is always shown because their default address is saved.
4. On the Split Shipment page, add the Split Shipment Layout component if it isn’t already added. This component contains the Split Shipping Header, Split Shipping Cart Item, and Cart Summary components.
5. Click the **Split Shipping Cart Item** component to customize it.
    1. In the product details section, select what to show for each cart item. You can select only one option.

If you want to show product variants, deselect **Show product image**. If you selected **Show SKU** but want to show product variants instead, deselect it and then deselect **Show product image** again.
    2. (Optional) To collect a phone number, in the address form settings, select **Show shipping phone number**.

(Optional) If you select **Require shipping phone number**, even customers with saved contact information can’t check out until they add a shipping phone number.
6. Preview and publish your changes.
