# Manage Commerce Store Data with Workspaces

With workspace lists, you can personalize your list view to work with just the records you’re interested in for your B2B store. Customize information to show and create filtered lists. Apply bulk actions and edit entries directly in the workspace.

### Required Editions

1. Customize information to show.

    1. Click the ![gear icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-comm-264-0-0-production-enus/d863e308-482a-4dfa-8d20-2a94737d394a/resources-global/_corporate/images/gear.png), and select **Select Columns to Display**.
    2. Use the arrows to move items between Available Columns and Selected Columns.
    3. Click **Save**.
2. Create a filtered list. For example, in the Pricing workspace, create a filtered list to surface price books or price book entries with specific properties or associations.

    1. Click the ![filter icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-comm-264-0-0-production-enus/d863e308-482a-4dfa-8d20-2a94737d394a/resources-global/_corporate/images/icon_filterList.png).
    2. Click **Add Filter**.
    3. Select a filter type, and edit the filter values as needed.
    4. After you create your filter, click **Save**.
    5. To apply the filter, click **Apply**.
3. Apply bulk actions to multiple workspace entries. For example, in the Product workspace, mark multiple products as active in your store.

    1. Check the box next to the product or products you want to update.
    2. Click **Bulk Actions**.
    3. Select an action.
4. Edit an entry or multiple entries with the same value directly from the list view.
    1. To open a field for editing, hover your cursor over the field and click ![pencil icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-comm-264-0-0-production-enus/d863e308-482a-4dfa-8d20-2a94737d394a/resources-global/_corporate/images/pencil.png).
    2. To update multiple fields with the same value, select the items to be edited, click the pencil icon, and then select the option to update all the selected items.
