Which Salesforce Commerce Product Do I Have?
These steps assume that you’ve already created a B2B store using the B2B store template. See step two in Set Up Commerce.
- In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
- Select Settings | Checkout.
- Click Taxes.

Under Tax Type, select Net or Gross.
For net, the product price doesn’t include the tax. For gross, the product price includes the tax.
If your store is using gross taxes, you can use the Salesforce tax solution. See Manual Salesforce Tax Solution. If your store is using net taxes, or you want to use a third-party tax solution, see Add a Tax Calculation Service for Custom Checkout.
